Carter Bridge Estate has been drawing people to this stretch of East Durham for generations. Once a beloved Catskills resort, the property eventually went quiet, its buildings and grounds left waiting for someone to see what they could become again.

We restored the estate in full, reimagining every space to a higher standard of comfort, design, and hospitality. Today the Great Lodge, Pond House, Farmhouse, and Field House sit across nearly 80 acres of fields, woods, and stocked ponds, with a tennis court, playground, and paddle boats between them. The homes book individually or together for up to 52 guests, making the estate a rare setting for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, and group getaways.
